NOTD Colourful Mess

Just a quick NOTD for you.

Once again this is from our sister Hana, she's really into attempting different nail art and styles at the moment and this is her latest creation.

What you need:-

- a white polish
- four colours of your choice,
- 2 kirby grips

What you do:-

- paint two coats of the white polish
- split the kirby grip open and dip one end in the colour of your choice and then start to make a random pattern
- apply a top coat once down

Love the end result!

Now Hana's used a kirby grip but you could also use a very small paint brush, nail art brush, nail art pen or even the end of a pin.

Galaxy Nails

I've been seeing these on a few blogs recently and really wanted to give them a go, problem is my nails are shocking at the moment.  So in stepped the younger sister Hana again.

1. Gather together a Grey, White, Yellow, Black and Blue polish.  You could also include a purple or a green for extra colour for the galaxy.

2. Paint your nails black.

3. With a sponge dab on the selection of colours.

4. Looking pretty! But leave to dry.

5.  With a nail art tool or a pin, dot white little stars over the nails and ensure that you place a larger dot within the galaxy section.

6. Voila

Nautical Love....

I saw this gorgeously cute nail idea over on The Beauty Department in their Mani Monday feature and I knew I had to give it a go.

So in stepped Hana, my younger sister to help me model the look.

First up here's what you need,

1. Blue and Red polishes - along with a Top Coat
2. French nail stencil stickers - easier than attempting the stripe
3. Nail Scissors to cut the stickers
4. Nail Stick to help stick the stickers into the corners of your nails.
5. Nail art paint brush or like me a very thin paint brush.

And here's how to complete the look,

Then cut the sticker to size and paint on on a little red heart (make sure you practise first) and then apply a top coat

Love it!
