Accessorize Makeup at Superdrug

As most people are aware by now Accessorize's have launched a makeup range which is available in Superdrug. By some small miracle it was all set up in my local store on Tuesday. Firstly wanted to say that it was very well laid out and it was easy to look at everything.

Ok so of course I picked a few bits up,

Couldn't resist - the packaging is super cute! Not only that, but they are also really sturdy and make the products look a lot more expensive than the range is (range between about £4 for the eye shadows and polishes to about £9 for primer and possibly the mascaras).

Firstly I picked up one of the eye shadow duo's in Break-up.

Absolutely love it! Gorgeous colours and so good for the upcoming party season! For £4, I was really impressed. It swatched really well and both colours are heavily pigmented. Just great!

Also picked a baked blusher, which look very much like the MAC ones but only £5.50!

I picked up Starlet, which is very pinkie with gold threads running through it. Love Love Love this! I've used it everyday since I got it.

Finally I picked up a polish in Storm, which is a shimmer.

I apologise the pic isn't great, but wanted to show you the quality. I only needed 2 coats and it was opaque, once again really good for £4. Only problem is I loved the colour in the bottle, but not too sure about it on. I think that's more due to the fact that I'm not too keen on shimmery polishes but wanted to give it a go.

Overall I was really impressed with the range. Its really high quality at affordable prices. Would highly recommend a look!

  5. They have some lovely stuff! Wish they'd had some blush colours suited to tan skin...a nice peach instead of all the pinks! Definitely want to check out the primer.

  8. I cannot believe how great Superdrug is lately, I headed over there after MizzWorthy did a post on getting her eyebrows threaded and it was fab, loads of great brands like Andrea Fullerton and Bloom which I haven't seen in ages. Thankyou for this post and pics. Jan x
